Terms of Service

1. I accept Ko-fi and Paypal (USD) as payment.
+ I'll let you know what my e-mail is for the payment process after everything is looked over and decided.2. Payment must be done upfront. I will not start your commission until you pay me.
+ No refunds unless I absolutely cannot get to your artwork! I'll notify you.3. Maximum of 1 slot per person.
+I will announce how many slots (usually max 5) are open at a time as well as what types of commissions are available.4. DM me on my art handles if you are interested in claiming a spot!
+ If my commission slots are filled, I can put you on the waiting list and notify you when I am open again. First come first serve.
+ I reserve the right to turn down any commissions that I feel uncomfortable to or cannot draw.5. Do not claim the artwork as yours and do not use the artwork for commercial use please! I will be sending you both the watermarked and non-watermarked files.6. Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as you give proper credit to me by linking/tagging any of my art accounts/toyhou.se account.7. It'll take a bit of time to get your art done, so please understand and don't rush me! I'll try to get it to you as soon as possible though and will keep you updated on your commission status!8. I can do minor changes to your commission work after I send it over to you. Nothing drastic. You should be asking for tweaks when I send over the sketch before I start finalizing anything.
+ Please do note that although I utilize the color pick tool, the colors may not look accurate due to the way I shade/render my artwork.

  • Personality: (A brief description about your character-- if it's a commission with more than one character, please include the relationship between them)

  • Pose/Expressions: (This is optional-- a reference photo or a brief description is fine. I may or may not ask for clarification.)

  • Background: (Transparent, Flat Color, Simple, Detailed)

  • Additional Info: (Other things you want to add or details I may miss on the characters)

  • Show Process: (Yes, No-- please go easy on me, I'll do my best ;v;)
